Why don't you offer telephone support?

The "Kissing 101 " package is currently only offered through the internet. In order to answer your questions in the most efficient way possible, we only offer support through email. You can contact us either through our contact form or by sending an email to:

We do not operate a telephone call center, however we can answer your queries usually in less than 24 hours. Please check our FAQ section to see if your queries are already answered!
